Stripe at launch. AxisShop is the platform; merchants onboard via Stripe Connect Express, and our platform fee is collected automatically through Stripe's application_fee_amount mechanism. Additional gateways (Adyen, Square) are on the post-launch roadmap.
Early-access merchants get white-glove migration: product catalog import, customer history transfer, redirect mapping, and theme replication. Public-launch migrations follow the same pattern but are self-serve.
